Mobile Phones Have More Bacteria Than a Toilet Seat

Did you know that your mobile phone has more bacteria than a toilet seat? Let me ask you one thing, when was the last time you clean your mobile phone? Is it as frequently as you clean your toilet seat? I guess the answer is NO. We are hesitant to clean our mobile phones since it is an electronic device and we are worried that it might cause damage on the device.

I’m sure that you would love to clean your mobile phone after reading this article. Study found that there were up to 10 times or more the amount of bugs which can cause nausea and stomach problems (diarrhea) on your mobile phone than your toilet seat. If not prevented, even worse might happen.

Reportedly, a man in Uganda was infected with the Ebola virus after stealing a phone from a quarantined ward of a hospital — near the site of recent Ebola outbreak.

The man was infected with the Ebola virus because he stole the phone from a quarantine area of the Ebola virus. The owner (or someone borrowed the phone that has an Ebola virus) of the phone might have an Ebola virus and transmitted the virus to the phone and to the man who stole the phone. See how it works?

We can’t see the virus or bacteria in our hand. And we often borrow or lend our phone to other people which we don’t know where they came from. It is advisable to clean your phone often times. If you used it often, clean it often.
